How the Veetune Song League Works
League Structure & Ranking System
The Song League consists of 4 leagues + a Top 3 ranking at the highest level. Artists move up or down based on monthly performance.
•League 4 → Entry-level league (new and rising artists).
•League 3 → Mid-tier artists with moderate engagement.
•League 2 → Highly engaged artists with a strong fan base.
•Top League → The elite group of top-performing artists.
•Top 3 Artists → The best of the best, determined monthly.
Promotion & Relegation System
Calculates artist rankings
At the end of each month, the AI calculates artist rankings based on downloads, Clefs, and fan interaction.
•Top 20% → Moves up to the next league.
•Middle 60% → Stays in the same league.
•Bottom 20% → Moves down to the lower league.
•League 4 Artists → Can only move up (no demotion).
This dynamic system ensures that every artist has a fair chance to rise based on performance, rather than being locked into a fixed ranking.
Earnings & Payouts
Based on League Position
Artists earn different amounts per download depending on their league position:
•1st place (Top League) → $0.15 per download.
•2nd place (Top League) → $0.13 per download.
•3rd place (Top League) → $0.11 per download.
•Top League (Remaining Artists) → $0.10 per download.
•League 2 → $0.08 per download.
•League 3 → $0.07 per download.
•League 4 → Shares the remaining ad revenue pool.
